roy Morgan completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University in 1987 and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1990. Attorney Morgan is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has practiced litigation with the City of Chicago and with a large corporate law firm in the District of Columbia.


n 1994 Attorney Morgan decided to begin his own general practice. Having assisted numerous clients with drafting franchise offering circulars and general business, trademark and copyright counseling at a franchise law firm with a national practice, Attorney Morgan has continued to develop this expertise as a research consultant on novel issues in franchise litigation and trademark law. Additional areas of practice include family law, torts, contracts, bankruptcy, wills and trusts.
